No Code Transaction Testing

Quickly submit test transactions to verify pricing and metering rules you have set up for your API products.

To submit a transaction to the metering engine without writing any custom code, click the "Record New" button in the Product Transaction Log.

In the window that opens, select the Subscription and Source you wish to test and fill in the rest of the required information. Once complete, click save and this transaction will be entered into the transaction engine and the metering rules for your product will be applied.

You can use this functionality to test quota-related triggers or other pricing rules you may have configured on your account without having to write code to send traffic to the Revenium platform.
