# How Pricing Works

How Revenium's own commercial model is structured, where to find current prices, and which features are part of the Enterprise plan.

Revenium's commercial model has two parts: a platform fee, and metered usage on top of it.

**Platform fee.** A recurring fee for access to the platform, covering dashboards, analytics, alerts, cost controls, and user management.

**Metered usage.** Ingestion is metered. The AI calls and metered product events your application sends to Revenium are recorded as transactions, and transactions are what usage is measured on. Some events are not counted, such as AI calls blocked before they reach the model. Reads are free: viewing dashboards, running analytics, exporting data, and configuring alerts or budgets do not add to your metered usage.

For what counts as a metered transaction and what does not, see [What Generates Charges](/account-and-resources/what-generates-charges.md).

## Current prices

Prices, packages, and included volumes are published on the Revenium website and that page is the source of truth: <https://www.revenium.ai/pricing>.

## What each plan includes

Plans differ in included volume, history, users, and support. The [pricing page](https://www.revenium.ai/pricing) lists what each plan includes.

**Enterprise features.** Single sign-on (SSO) with SAML or OIDC, an EU data region, and [a self-hosted deployment in your own cloud account](/plans-and-contact/deployment-options.md) are part of the Enterprise plan.

To set up an Enterprise feature, or to discuss which plan fits your usage, see [Talk to Sales](/plans-and-contact/talk-to-sales.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
This page is about what you pay Revenium. If you are setting up the pricing **you** charge your own customers, see [Create Pricing Models & Products](/monetize-your-ai/create-pricing-models-and-products.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.revenium.io/plans-and-contact/how-pricing-works.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
